I'm mirroring content off of my own server, so resource utilization isn't an
issue.  I'm mirroring to a static site from a dynamic php/mysql site.

What settings can be used to speed up the mirror? The site is about 1200
pages.

I found info on disabling the delay type check, but what do I risk by
disabling it?

Is this setting forced by HTTrack:

avoid server overload
