I know my problem has been discussed here so many times, but is there a
solution already to the problem of German Umlauts (special characters that are
sometimes encoded falsely)?
Special characters are saved as "รค", for example. This corrupts very many PDF
files, for instance. How can I make HTTrack download them with the right
charset, e.g. iso-8859-1?
