I've been using WinHTTrack for some time and it has worked well and served my
purpose of off-line access to a full website.

Earlier this week, I started the program to update my copy, and the program
hung at the start with a message:

In progress  Loading cache in progress

In the lower box where I usually see animation of the various files being
downloaded, it simple says:

scanning

I was running 3.43-3 so I updated to 3.43.7  I had the same problem, so I did
an uninstall and reinstall.  The problem continues.

Am I missing something simple?  The program has been working for almost a year
with weekly updates to my off-line copy...
