could you change and convert Polish characters to UTF-8 ?debian server
version.
It is universal for working with Polish. 

Now in Polish version there are lot of incorrect  Polish characters:

łšcz:
Szybko�ć 

and many more.

in meta there is:
charset=ISO-8859-2
but Polish works good only for a while I switch it into Windows-1250 and after
refresh goes back into wrong. 
Should be UTF-8 as a standard.
