Not necessarily. By default Httrack download html in one connection only
(http://forum.httrack.com/readmsg/18881/18872/) Other files will be on the
other connection.

If the site is slow or pages are large, then that connection will dominate and
you'll only see one connection. If the pages only include one non-html file
link per page, you'll only see two connections.
