Did you check options -> Links -> Get non-HTML

By default httrack only goes down from the starting link and never off site,
so only css files under news.sky.com/skynews/... will be retreived.

Looking at the page I see: @import url(
<http://www.sky.com/css/global/portal_globalnav.css> );
That isn't even on the site, so you got nothing.
