I have tried various settings, but seem unable to download pdfs attached to
entries of the Drupal biblio module at <http://ages.ca/documents>

By adding +*.pdf, pdfs attached to other pages of the site are downloaded, but
not from this module.  Is there something about the urls in the module that
prevents them being downloaded?  Or do I need a different string in the Scan
Rules?
Currently, the pdfs attached to other pages download, and reside in the site
backup with local URLs.  The pdfs attached to biblio entries are not
downloaded, and the links in the site backup are absolute urls pointing back
to the original online site.
