I get a Chinese Site. The loaded file name is in 
Chinese correctly. Anyway, the main HTML file with a 
link to these files is wrong. It points to the file 
but with different code (%ak%nf%kd) instead of 
chinese character. I think that it hasn't kept the 
correct format of file name. 

During linking check, it can't find any error.
