If I look at the first one (%a4%fd%b5%e1-%a7%da%c4_%b7N.mid)
it launches the proper (in my case, winamp) wrapper ; same 
for the second one (%a4%fd%b5%e1-%ac%f5%a8%a7.mid)

The '%' things are perfectly normal: it is the encoded form 
of the high (ascii>127) characters.

Ensure you are using the latest (3.16-2) release of 
HTTrack, however ; as some problems may have existed before 
(..).
