Also, when I tried to change the rewrite links to the other otions, none of my
files were converted to HTML from friendly URLs.

So, I'm looking to:

1. All links remove the default domain name so I can move it to another
website location.
2. Make all image links relative to the default domain.
3. Convert all friendly URLs to HTML pages.
