One more note:
under Options->Build, check the box to
"Do not purge old files"

*IF*, as anticipated, the site or its content is removed, then it is all too
likely that at some point running an update will cause already mirrored files
to be deleted from your local mirror.  In fact, if you have the space, you may
want to keep at least ONE good copy of the site's data archived away from the
mirror that you plan to keep updated, because HTT will still overwrite the
HTML when it updates and it could reflect "404 not found" pages rather the the
text which was posted at the time.
