In your "history bug fixes..." v 3.00, you say 
"Fixed: shtml now renamed into html".

This don't work, I wanted download this site
"www.buildinghistory.org/distantpast/".

But the pages, and the links in the main menu (and surely the internal URL in
HTML code in the "shtml" pages) remain in "shtml".

Do you have a solution for transform automatically during capture, all the
"shtml" extensions (internal links include) in "html"?
