I am trying to clone a website, and I noticed many of the images are only
downloaded half way with grey on the bottom half. Is there any reason why this
might be? Some of them also had a corrosponding .tmp file, such as 

birdhouse.jpg (incomplete download)
birdhouse.jpg.tmp

I'm not sure why this would be happening.
