Don't give us the real url and parameters you used, (log file line two,) make
us guess.

If you start at www.test.com, then it will get everything.
If you start at www.test.com/dir/page, then by default higher pages
(test.com/page) will not be retrieved. Either set global travel mode=up/down
or add filter allowing everything +www.test.com/*
