Just for the record, this option is supported indirectly in the GUI.  Just add
a '--delayed-type-check=0'  parameter to the scan rules.

But user beware:  This option will allow a malicious web site to redirect
HTTrack to overwrite critical files such as those in C:\Windows.  If you
enable this option and bad things happen, don't blame the too makers - you
misused the tool.
