Thanks Bill, but... it fails every time (in both Linux and Windows)

In Windows (where the command line was for) if I change the path I am told
that: "The Filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect", so
I tried with the path you gave, and pasting the exact same line into the
console (after making the lines join together that is) I get the same error.

In Linux things are different and it wont accept the comment section and with
that removed says that the URL is invalid, when we both know it is not.

Iv tried to adjust the line to be acceptable, but Im lost on the long
"-qir3..." section - Is it meant to look like that? I cant read it so Iv no
idea what its meant to be doing.

I tried a few more times with the GUI, but each time I just get a mess page -
all the content is there, but there is no formatting at all so the CSS is
missing.

Any advice or ideas?
Thanks for your time

Max
