I want the same thing (no depth limit on current site, and just ONE PAGE of
external sites).  The answer given doesn't do this.  Giving an external depth
of 1 will cause it to get the entire sites pointed to, because it will apply
the "maximum mirror depth=blank" to each of the external sites.

What I would like is to be able to specify something like:

Maximum mirror depth=blank (infinite) applied to current site only
Maximum external depth=1
Maximum mirror depth=1 applied to the external sites

This seems like it would be a common desire.  We want to download an entire
site, plus just each single external PAGE that is linked to.  But we don't
want to spider each of those external pages at all.

Is this possible with HTTrack?
