javascript means that some active code was added, 
like 'document.write(foo+bar)' and as far as httrack does 
not know what 'foo' and 'bar' are (variables), it won't be 
able to detect (and rewrite) links inside the html page. 
the engine would have to 'understand' javascript (and 
execute it), and also 'analyze' it so that URLs be 
rewritten (which is totally impossible ; "human" are the 
only system that can do that for now :) )
