If I set a series of 'exclude links' in the Scan Rules can 
I make WinHTTrack replace the 'live' target of those links -
 ie pages out there on the internet rather than harvested 
pages held locally - with a standard page that says, for 
instance, 'Links to live websites have been removed and 
replaced by this file. However the link used to be 
www.xxx.xxx.xxx' If this isn't possible can it be added to 
the 'wish list'?
