corrected.  It is much easier now, later, when I calmed down, to look at
myself and be disgusted.  I agree with both of you.  I am sorry and I thank
you for not answering bad questions.
Windows 7 is the operating system that I used for this unsuccessful try. The
website was  <gpg4win.org/doc/en/gpg4win-compendium.html>.  No password
needed, it is just a manual for software.  What should I have done in order to
download this web site? 
If I get no answer, I completely understand that there isn't always a second
