Hi,

I've followed your earlier advice and limited the maximum connections per
second and the transfer rate. Latter to 500 B/s. However, the transfers take
place much faster than that, at a horrendous 4-5 KiB/S (so it says in the
progress page). Am I misunderstanding what the transfer limit does? How do I
get the download to actually slow down to that speed?
