I am using the Ubuntu version with the following command line:
httrack  -O . <http://aes.hcpss.org>

When I look at the index.html file in the . directory, I still see
<http://aes.hcpss.org> as the root of the link.

I would like it to convert it to .

It ends up calling the parent site for includes etc.
