It's not very encouraging to see that no one has answered this person's
question in almost 3 years.  I'm having the same problem where the site I wish
to mirror has content that can only be viewed when logged in.  Capture url
works but only for the index of the forum, then I'm left looking at content
saying, "you must login to view this content/link/post/etc"
I will say that I didn't try to exclude the logout link.  I will try it, but I
don't think that's going to solve my problem.
