I thought this was a Forum to get help! NOT TO GET PUT DOWN AND MADE TO FEEL
STUPID!

I really did appreciate you replying and was not being mean or nasty to you so
I DON'T understand why are you being so mean and nasty to me!

I understand ALL parts of can't connect, I just didn't  understand what I was
doing wrong to get the error message.  I WAS connected to the internet and the
site WAS NOT down.  
I see this Httrack forum is not the place to go to get help!

I apologize for not knowing all that you know!  I WILL NOT BE BOTHERING YOU
