I downloaded a whole site(a fairly simple wordpress site), but I have no idea
how to do make use of it.  

I've only been able to upload an index.php file, but that does me no good, as
its only a front page.

Is there a tutorial on how to make use of all this downloaded files?  

How do I actually copy this site?
