If I try to download from the following URL using winhttrack version 3.43-12,
it doesn't work. From the logs, I can see that httrack replaces %2b by a +

The URL to download is:

<http://www.merx.com/French/nonmember.asp?WCE=Show&TAB=1&PORTAL=MERX&State=32&hcode=LESH8qqxAyxkKapord%2bQXQ%3d%3d>

httrack tries to download:

<http://www.merx.com/French/nonmember.asp?WCE=Show&TAB=1&PORTAL=MERX&State=32&hcode=LESH8qqxAyxkKapord+QXQ%3d%3d>
