Again, this happends when the engine can't find the 
httrack/*  files (which contains various headers and 
footers)

Try to launch winhttrack using the "Start" menu, and try 
clicking on the "Program Files\WinHTTrack\WinHTTrack.exe" 
file and see if one of them is bogus or not.

Path settings may be corrupted in one of these ways - and 
I don't really know why?!
