This controls how far HTT goes. Starting page is 1, subpage is 2. If you want
all the starting site, use zero or empty.

(subject to the max mirroring depth) the external link would be 1, subpage=2
Currently the external depth was reported broken. Non-zero it won't stop

> When it would be possible for SWF?
HTT can download the SWF. But if it requires other files and they're not
mentioned in the html, HTT can't get them (and modify the html) and the SWF
will assume they are on your disk, can't find them and won't work.
