Sorry to annoy you but please check if the steps are like this:
1. In Action - I choose Download web site(s);
2. In Web Addresses: (URL) - I paste the link:
<http://pesquisa.adporto.pt/cravfrontoffice/WebSearch/ODdisplay.aspx?DigitalObjectID=14907&FileID=DirID1>;
3. In Set Options - I choose Scan Rules and type: 
-mime:text/html +*ODdisplay.aspx*. (with space between the word «html» and
the «+»?And that's all?
Sorry but I'm new in this kind of stuff...:)
I don´t understand what you mean by «near flag (get non-html related)...
