Maybe due to a lack of proxy. I tried and I can get the 
first page. BUT you won't mirror the site: httrack can't 
(yet) parse ftp indexes - it can only get isolated files or 
directory listings. 
If you want to make a mirror of an FTP site, you'd better 
use more specific softwares (httrack is more focused on WWW 
mirroring, and is not really good at ftp mirroring)
