I think the problem comented by Tanvir is using httrack from the Linux command
line. If you write the URL without the final /, httrack go off site. Exemple:
httrack <http://www.mysite.com/mine>  (go off site)
httrack <http://www.mysite.com/mine/> (not go off site)
