I ran site/filters with my usual settings and had no problem. HTTrack Website
Copier/3.43-12 mirror complete in 1 hours 6 minutes 47 seconds : 2536 links
scanned, 2535 files written (95938895 bytes overall), 2533 files updated
[75309094 bytes received at 18794 bytes/sec], 25597553 bytes transfered using
HTTP compression in 646 files, ratio 15%, 1.2 requests per connection
The site has long directory and file names. I'm thinking that you're exceeding
the maximum path length or something.
I ran with local structure = xx in web/xx
