Thanks for that info.
As I said, I'm an utter layman with regard to all of this,
so if you could just clear up one final thing, are you saying that if I had
used the "no external and the extended pausing", it would have solved this
problem, or merely that I would have noticed this issue before the site went
down and it was never going to save in a "self contained" way?
