Right - changes are from 3.16 to 3.20 ; in fact I did not 
plan to release so many RCs, but successive bugs reported 
delayed the final release.

Changes between RC's are generally listed, however, in the 
forum announcement.

By the way, I know most people are on the beach :), but do 
not hesitate to report problems in the current RC(5B) ; 
once stabilized I will (at last) release the final one.
