Hi folks,

I spent few hours to track the infamous --continue/--update bug (files
re-transfered, or disappearing, during an update), and found two bug
candidates.

If anyone has a clearly reproducible case, please send me some feedback (here,
or through my mail roche-at-httrack-com), and I'll validate that the fix
indeed fixes this long-standing issue.
