Check your "Browser ID" option. Set it to something like:
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0)

My default ID is "HTTrack/3.0x", and I got Bad Requests.  When I changed it to
the one above there were no errors.
