| Hi William,
Thank you for your response. Forgive me for being dense ... :\ ...
1) My apologies for incorrectly using the term "back up" ... you're right,
what I'd like is a snapshot of my password'd Google Site. If I cron the
snapshot once a day, at most, I lose the day's worth. I rsync my home
directory and keep seven day's worth of backups - sliding window.
2) FWIW, I'm on Linux and I'm not using the GUI. I did use --captch-url and
as I mentioned, I received the same captured URL as Paolo:
<http://www.google.com:443?>postfile:hts-post0">>;; ... or similar ..
3) Since HTT will not capture https, does this mean that HTT cannot be used in
an automated set up to snapshot a Google Site which requires authentication?
4) I'll definitely post the example I used if it's useful for this situation
... it seems, and perhaps I'm misreading your post, that HTT won't work in an
automated set up to snapshot a Google Site which requires authentication.
Thank again for your response. | |
