Hi,
I'm attempting to mirror a live site and replicate on a new host with the
site's homepage/index.html file remaining in the root folder of the new host,
no client-side redirects to sub-folders etc.

Thus far I've tried various build options and then FTP'ing only certain
sub-folders of the mirrored site's to the root of the new box, to no avail.

To clarify I want to end up with the top-level page of the new site being
physically located in the root folder of the new host.
