You haven't include the httrack command and options that you
used. 

For me, httrack follows redirects automatically, and without requiring any
extra depth. But if certain options are disabled, then that redirection
functionality is too.

I suggest you ensure that robots is enabled (-s2) and document type checking
is enabled (-u2). There may be other options that affect it too.
