Trying to copy <https://salliemae.fdecs.com>.

I tried to capture URL the link above, setup the proxy as described (disabled
ipv6), but after I press submit to login.. I get a connection error (Error 111
(net::ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED): Unknown error.)

My proxy address and port seem legit.  Not sure why I'm getting this
connection error?
Proxy's address:
192.168.1.7
Proxy's port:
8080

Using Httrack v3.46 on win7 64bit
