Doesn't Outpost ask to make a rule for Httrack when Httrack is first started? I
think there is an Outpost forum, probably best to ask there if the forum still
exist.

I use a very, very old version of Outpost - a version 2 build - and have no
problems. But my version is a dinosaur compared to what is probably available
today.
