I am trying to download a website which uses a server-side url-rewrite
system.
there is no page like <http://www.mywebsite.com/index.php> but only
<http://www.mywebsite.com/> and the other pages are then accessed using
<http://www.mywebsite.com/page1/> (on the server side it is page1.php) or
<http://www.mywebsite.com/sub/page2/> (on the server: /sub/page2.php) and the
like

I tried to use HTTrack but it fails saying there is no page to download.

I would like to download the whole structure, I think instructing httrack to
use arbitrary numbered named pages :
<http://www.mywebsite.com/> --> 001.htm
<http://www.mywebsite.com/page1/> --> 002.htm
<http://www.mywebsite.com/sub/page2/> --> 003.htm

this website is perfectly crawled by google and any browser I tried, the
internal links all correct.
