Thanks for the suggestion but it doesn't work; the server is still sending 404s
for most links.

I do not believe cookies are having any affect at all, it is just that the
starting page returns a 200 code so httrack appears to work, but the download
is missing a vast majority of the site due to these 404s

Is there no option to have httrack ignore the http status codes like Firefox
and other web browsers do?
