Thanks for the hint; I retried it and checked all the 4 
boxes in the link preferences; it did not work. But 
actually it is not a big problem as I can add these few 
images manually. And the processing of the dynamic parts is 
really great and useful and saves a lot of work creating 
presentation versions of the site.
