Is it possible to download a site an convert the links to 
internal links although the links refer to forbidden pages?
What I want to do is download a site in 2 (or more) steps. 
First step:
with direcory a and without directory b
Second step: 
with directory b and without directory a

After the second step links to directoriy a are external 
links, but I want to have them as local links
