Probably an easy and common problem but let me try and put it as simple as
possible.

When I am clicking links on a site I downloaded, the bottom of Firefox says
"Waiting for [website].com...". 

What exactly is it 'waiting' for if I downloaded/copied the site in it's
entirety?
HOWEVER, If I go to File > Work Offline, then the pages load blazing fast like
it should be.

So how does one go about make it fast without having to go "Offline"?
Probably something I overlooked but I am not very familiar with website stuff.
