Tested on VC6 (and it was working with VC5) ; as I don't 
have VC.NET, I can't really test it (too expensive for me :
( )

Ensure you have all src/* and src_win/* files merged in the 
same folder (by default: C:\Dev\Winhttrack\), and 
openssl+zlib headers+lib installed. 

I could make a big tar of all files and libraries, but this 
would be too huge (+15 MB)
