Try to reinstall httrack, or ensure that the proper 
MFC42.DLL (you can get a copy at 
<http://www.httrack.com/splitted/mfc/mfc42.dll.zip>) is 
installed in C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32 (or C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 
depending on your OS)

You can also copy this DLL in the C:\Program 
Files\WinHTTrack\ folder this should do the trick.
