Does httrack store a checksum for downloaded links and redownloads if the
checksum doesn't match? If that's the case, httrack was redownloading because
I actually modified the files to make them smaller (remove unneeded parts).

I made the files smaller because running httrack --continue with the
unmodified files would never start (it wouldn't give any output after about
30mins), as if it got stuck in an infinite loop.

The ZIP is 2GB. If you'd like to debug, I can upload everything (including the
unmodified files) somewhere.

I did write a quick script that goes through the links and fixes them, so
there's no need to debug as far as I'm concerned, just do it in case you think
it's a bug you want to look into.

By the way, I forgot to say a HUGE thank you for your work. HTTrack is awesome
and it has saved my life a lot of times. If you have a Mac, let me know if you
want a license for <http://kapeli.com/dash> (I'm the developer behind it).
