I've been in the process of ripping the following forum and despite excluding
media files, I'm already up >2 gigs, with tens of thousands of links to go,
possibly more. This size seems unjustified. Are there additional limitations
that I should be setting? I'm using the following exclusions:

-*.png +*.gif -*.jpg -*.mp3 -*.swf -*.mp4 -*.m4a +*.css +*.js
-ad.doubleclick.net/* -mime:application/foobar
